Installation for Windows
You will need administrator rights for the installation or update.
For Windows devices: https://infopro.ch/downloads/CitrixWorkspaceLTSR.exe
After downloading the file, you can open it by double-clicking on it. If you are asked whether ‘Changes to the system may be made’, you can confirm with ‘Yes’. The installer will then open and you can click on Next:
You can also accept the licence agreement and continue with Continue:
You do not need to change anything in the next steps of the installation and can continue with the suggested values:
After successful installation, you may be asked for a “Store URL”. To do this, enter login.ip-cloud.ch for the IP Cloud and login.agro-cloud.ch for the Agro Cloud. You can then log in with your login:
